Ms. Kia, Owner/Director
I am a middle-aged mother of 3. I was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in Delaware County (Sharon Hill). I have called Woolwich Township my home since 2009. I am affectionately known by the youth in the community as Ms. Kia and I am passionate about the safety, well-being and education of our children and believe that all children deserve to be loved, cared for, protected and raised in a clean, safe and loving environment. In addition to nurturing children and providing childcare services, I am also an Ordained Non-Denominational Minister (2015) and a licensed Real Estate Agent in both Pennsylvania (2004) and New Jersey (2011). I have enjoyed hosting the Kia N. Williams Gospel Radio Station on iHeart Radio, teaching youth Bible study and directing the Youth & Young Adult Choir at Bethany Baptist Church in Chester, PA as well as the Children's Choir at St. Pauls UAME Church in Swedesboro, NJ.
In 2019, I became certified in CPR/AED and opened KG&J Childcare and Learning Center in the lower level of my home. We began with five amazing kids and three dedicated staff members. Our children experience a well-planned and structured day as I believe early childhood education, specifically with a Biblical foundation, is fundamental for the growth, development, success, well-being and future of our children. Our motto is, “It’s a great day to learn, grow and play at KG&J!”
Our center has nearly two acres of land, plenty of room for children to run, jump and play! It is a blessing for me to be able to provide your child with many of the same amenities and resources offered at the larger childcare centers in a more personal and one-on-one setting.
